The Phoenix Contact Group completed an official acquisition of iS5 Communications Inc., and we are now pleased to inform you that effective Dec 12, 2022, iS5 Communication Inc. has become a 100% member of the Phoenix Contact Group, headquartered in Blomberg, Germany.

As a family-run company, which was founded in 1923 in Germany, Phoenix Contact is a manufacturer of industrial automation, interconnection, and interface solutions, and it empowers industry and society to transform themselves into a sustainable world, while retaining long term growth prospects for everyone. Phoenix Contact’s close and successful cooperation with iS5 Communications started in 2018. The product range of iS5 Communications and the expertise of its employees in the field of critical infrastructure complements Phoenix Contact´s offerings. Phoenix Contact will maintain and further expand its investment to ensure that the technologies, the know-how, as well as the existing product portfolio of iS5 Communications will not only be continued but further developed and expanded.
