Our Return Manufacturing Authorization (RMA) process enables customers to get their units repaired at our factory during the warranty period.

Product Warranty

The basic standard warranty covers you for hardware replacement for up to 5 years. You can choose a warranty that offers up to 10 additional years of hardware protection.

Extended Warranty

Give yourself the ultimate hardware protection and never worry about unpleasant surprises. You can opt for an extended warranty, which has the same terms and conditions as our standard warranty, when you order your iS5 equipment.
