Removing Interface from a Port Channel Group

Perform the following command to remove an interface from the port channel group.

  1. Enter the Interface Configuration mode. Remove interface gigabitethernet 0/1.
    iS5comm(config)# interface gigabitethernet 0/1
    iS5comm(config-if)# no channel-group
  2. Exit from the Interface Configuration Mode.
    iS5comm(config)# end
  3. View the interfaces in the port channel group. Port Gi0/1 is not displayed anymore..
    iS5comm(config)# show etherchannel detail
