Your Resident Engineer will work with you to ensure your Communications network is regularly maintained and pro-actively checked to mitigate any potential problems.

Optimize Performance

Highly trained and competent Tier 2 engineers will conduct operational and architectural reviews, address ‘point of failures’ for immediate improvement, and offer ongoing assessment of potential risks.

Active Monitoring & Reporting

REs coordinate with stakeholders on fault escalation and process improvements to avoid downtime. Reporting including regular status reports, Critical Incident reporting and on-site reporting of new features and enhancements.

Field Management

From coordinating RMA (Return Management Authorization) tickets and onsite configuration, to staff training, process documentation and Tier 2 network administration; it's all handled by your dedicated RE.
