Enabling Debug Traces for DHCP Client

  1. Execute the following command to enable debug trace for DHCP server.
    debug ip dhcp client all
  2. View the debug trace level using the following command.
    iS5comm# show debugging
    DHCP Client:
    DHCP Client event handling related debugging is on
    DHCP Client packets debugging is on
    DHCP Client errors debugging is on
    DHCP Client binding debugging is on
