Jr. Mechanical Engineer

Position Requirements:

What you’ll be doing:

Sr. Software Engineer

Position Status: Regular, Full time
Work location: Mississauga, Ontario

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be responsible for embedded Linux software architecture and implementation
  • Developing C/C++ software as per the company SDLC process
  • Be responsible for unit tests, system integration, product validation and certification
  • Managing outside developers and consultants, software release and bug tracking system
  • Generating design documentation and status reports

This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 10 plus years of experience in developing real-time embedded and/or application software on Linux based platform
  • Experience with Linux kernel, Hypervisor, Deep Packet Inspection, DPDK is a plus
  • Solid understanding of data and telecommunication networks and protocols;
  • Working knowledge of Ethernet switching, routing, and application level protocols such as RSTP, TCP/IP, HTTP, NAT, IGMP, QoS, VLAN, IpSec, TLS, etc.; knowledge of cryptographic protocols & standards
  • Expertise in developing security, encryption, and tunneling protocols
  • Experience in developing Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and SDN is a plus.
  • Experience in developing VM or container platforms and technologies (an asset)
  • Knowledge of SCADA communications protocols like DNP, Modbus, etc. (an asset)

What you’ll be doing:

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, will meet with end-users and gather functional requirements, will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and use debugging software, will solve problems and deliver solutions working independently and in cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Key Executive Team, will research, strategize, develop, and implement training materials and deliver training, and may attend tradeshows and travel to meet customers.

Position Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications
  • 7 plus years practical experience with strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols—OSPF, BGP, MPLS, RSTP, TCP/IP, RADIUS/TACACS, IPV6, SNMP, NMS, and Cyber Security
  • Industry Certifications: CCNP, JNCP, CISSP, or higher

Regional Sales Manager – US

Position Status: Regular, Full time
Work location: Various Locations throughout the US

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive Sales success and execute on Sales strategy within region
  • Develop annual territory business plan including prioritizing opportunities, focus on key accounts
  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the orders and sales plan

Information Technology Co-op Student

Position Status:Co-op position

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot client PC issues, from software issues to hardware failures
  • Building and provisioning computer hardware, phones, and other IT-related items
  • Manage and automate OVH Private Cloud and AWS-based infrastructure
